Jenna Caira, Manager of Franchise Recruitment at Laser Clinics Canada (LCC), believes that part of the company’s rapid growth is due to its successful and unique 50/50 ownership business model. LCC and its franchise co-owners share equally in the investment, expense and success of the business. JC: There are a lot of details that go into opening and running a business, but nothing is more rewarding than celebrating the grand opening of a clinic! This is an opportunity to recognize the whole team and congratulate each other on our efforts and our achievements. It’s always exciting to officially welcome a new member to the LCC family. Of course, opening a new clinic is not without its challenges. Before any clinic opens, we focus on assembling all the elements necessary for a successful business: operational know-how, marketing expertise, training resources to ensure safety, treatment efficiency and an excellent customer experience. All of these aspects must come together simultaneously, which is why it is so important to work with an experienced team.
