Global Compact Network Canada seeks Canadian business leaders committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals

Jan. 4, 2022 / CSRwire / – As part of the 2022 United Nations Global Compact’s SDG pioneer agenda, Global Compact Network Canada has launched its national search for professionals committed to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) United Nations.

Each year, the United Nations Global Compact recognizes a category of SDG pioneers – business leaders working at all levels of a company, who use business as a positive force to advance the 17 Sustainable Development Goals ( ODD). SDG pioneers play an important role in generating interest in global goals and how the United Nations Global Compact enables companies to advance them.

The SDG Pioneer program aims to recognize professionals working at all levels in a UN Global Compact participating company who set ambitious SDG goals, scale and impact in their businesses through a principled approach.
